Why some people become very religious during Ramadan?

Salam Most (not some)muslim people become very religious during ramadan because (1)ramadan is one of 4 holy months in Islamic calendar (2)during ramadan we have mandotory fasting a full month since fajr time up to maghrib (3)during ramadan we have sunnah but nearing fard of taraweh prayer at night after isha time for at least 11 raka'ats included witr of 3 raka'ats (4)during ramadan we should do more good deeds such as reciting the Qur'an each day and night at the mosque and dzikir and we should avoid bad doings(5) during ramadan at the first 10 days we will be blessed by Allah and during the second 10 days we will be forgiven by Allah (6)during the last 10 days we will have lailatul qadar which is better than 1000 months and we will be sinless . We should remember that most persons have many sins and maybe we have more than others so we coiuld not be hypocrisy. We should have a balance life between dunya activities and akheerat activities.Muhammad pbuh said that we should use the 24 hours a day 8 hours for dunya activities (working and or studying),8 hours for resting and sleeping and 8 hours for spiritual/religious activities.
