Why are some english women so bitchy towards french and polish women?

as a continental european woman working in the uk, I get so much nastiness from my english co-workers , i try to be nice and ignore the nastiness/bitchiness/pettiness but it is becoming more and more difficult. like some of these girls master hypocrisy and they don't say: we despise you cause you aren't english like us, but they think it very loud!!
