Question about acetaminophen overdose?

Yesterday i took 4550 mg of acetaminophen because i was taking dxm. I was fine over all well besides me trippin. Now please dont tell me i shouldn't do it cause your answer will be ignored. My question is can i take 4550 mg again tonight?
