Loss of sensitivity in penis?

After a heavy night of drinking, the day after and since I have almost no feeling in my penis at all. I also cannot really feel my testicles, it's been about a week and I'm unsure if this is normal. I've experimented with some drugs recently as well. (DXM mostly but not frequently as of late.) Any idea how to fix this? thanks
