I Think I'm Addicted To Over Dosing On DXM?

I think i'm addicted to overdosing on Dxm. i have an alcohol problem, which i am getting help for. but lately in the last few months, i have started over dosing on the cough suppressant dxm, to get high. it really messes me up. and i think i'm getting addicted to taking it. how do i stop this. i dunno what to do?
