How long will this last?

i did 270mg of Dxm at 10:00pm once. i was high all night and got beat by trolls(i was also on another psychedelic). the next day i was kinda out of it. i couldn't talk without thinking about what i was going to say for like at least a min. i also didn't understand ppl to well ether. later that day i passed out in a parking lot.
