What should happen if I take a 2tbs dose (and 4) an hour and a half after 4oz of vodka(empty stomach)?

so I think it was an hour and a half ago I drank the vodka, and I was wondering hat effects I'd get if I had a normal 2 tbs dose and a double dose of DXm with doxalymine succinate. Tyhanks
