What is a good treatment for DXM high?

my friend drank a bottle and a half of DXM yesterday at 6pm and its 4 pm now and she is feeling sick , cant walk without feelin dizzy , kinda hard to breathe , and says her mouth feels like playdough . what can i do to help her without calling emergency services ?
