Scotter problem w/ choke?

so i have a scooter, gas powered called dxm or dmx or something, anyway my issue is tonight i guess i choked it too much and it starts up but runs slow and if i accelarate on it it dies down on speed harshly to a stop almost but the engine keeps running. so i want to know how i can fix tht so i can go top speed, i tried changing the choke to off, half on and on, but it didnt go, so i left it at my house with the choke off for the night till tommorow. (i pumped the choke on round 5 times before i started it, and i tried to keep it off for a bit and start it up, but didnt work) pls help asap :3 ty!
