Long term effect of DXM?

yea i used to do a bunch of DXM,like 500 mgs a day..straight trippin everyday and one weekends it was 1000 mgs..i used to chug 8oz delsym bottles..and yea it will go away i had the same thing...i had irrational thinkin and i used to think so stupid and i used to come up with stupid questions and thoughts and i used to do normal day things the long way..it will go away in months..u will go back it goes away..
