How many times before DXM causes you to get holes in your brain?

Only intravenous use of DXM is thought to cause Olney's Lesions, oral use doesn't. But heavy and chronic oral use (like taking thousands of milligrams per month for a couple months) can cause mild to severe toxic psychosis.
